Change isn’t something we are prepared for. At times, things happen, things unexpected and then what one knew as normal is no more. Regardless of routines and conformity, change comes. Change isn’t a respector of age, it just comes, it happens. To embrace change, to adapt to it, that’s all we can do. Change might not be easy, it’s quite hard sometimes. Change is what it is, it is inevitable. Change could bring growth, it could bring insight. Change could bring maturity, it could bring stability. Change could pull the rug from under one’s feet.

Change comes in various ways. Change is constant in life, we all have to deal with it. Change is inevitable.

So many changes have happened in my life some major, some minor. Some have brought about culture shock, some adventurous. Some have brought pain, some laughter. Some brought growth, some stalled me. Some have given me awareness, insight to who I am.

I do not always love change, I however embrace it . After all, what can one do? Live in denial and stay the same? That option is unavailable, it truly is.

We all experience change. What we do with and how we deal with it is what matters.
